Studio is a website subscription, not a one-off project. Here are the four things to know before you start.
Minimum term of 12 months
You start with a subscription of at least 12 months. During that period we build your website, take you live and handle hosting, maintenance and support.
Continues after that
After 12 months the subscription simply continues. You pay monthly and can cancel each month. It does not stop automatically.
Studio is not standalone hosting
Studio is all-in-one: website, hosting, maintenance and support. You do not need a separate hosting plan. Standalone hosting is for clients with an existing website outside of Studio.
Switching to a regular project is not automatic
Want a custom project later? That is always a separate engagement with its own request and assessment. Studio is not a low-cost entry route to custom development.

How does Studio work exactly?
Studio is a website subscription. You pay a one-time setup fee and then a fixed monthly fee. We build your website, take you live within 5–7 business days and then handle hosting, technical maintenance and support. You manage the content through the CMS.
How long does a Studio subscription run?
The minimum term is 12 months. After those 12 months the subscription continues and you can cancel each month.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The subscription simply continues. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time. Nothing changes unless you request a change.
Can I cancel early?
Not within the first 12 months. After that you can cancel each month.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting, SSL, backups and technical management are all included. You do not need a separate hosting plan.
Is maintenance included?
Yes, light technical maintenance. This covers updates, security checks and backups. Larger changes or extensions fall outside the subscription and can be requested separately.
Are a domain and mailbox included?
In the Growth and Plus plans, one domain and one mailbox are included in year 1. After that they can be renewed separately. The Basic plan does not include them.
What's not included?
Extra pages beyond the plan limit, custom work outside the standard setup, integrations with external systems and additional SEO services. All of these are available as separate add-ons.
Can I expand or add features later?
Yes. Through separate add-ons you can expand your Studio website with extra pages, branding, SEO or a booking module.
Can I switch to a regular project later?
That does not happen automatically. A regular project is always a separate engagement with its own request and assessment. Previous Studio costs are taken into account, but there is no fixed offset rule.
What is the difference between Studio and a regular project?
Studio is a subscription: low entry cost, fixed monthly fee, standardised setup, everything included. A regular project is a one-off: higher upfront investment, full freedom in scope and design, hosting and care arranged separately.
Is Studio a cheap route to getting a custom website?
No. Studio has its own setup and works as a subscription. It is not designed as an entry route to custom development. If you know you will need custom work in the future, a regular project is likely the better choice from the start.
