Who we are

FreshConnected works with entrepreneurs, SMBs, foundations, associations, and startups that want to grow, work more efficiently, or build a stronger online foundation. We value clarity, direct communication, and solutions that make sense.

What sets us apart is that we understand what an organisation truly needs and also know how to make it work technically. We never start with a standard solution. We start with the question behind the question: how do you work right now, where is time or clarity being lost, and what is the most sensible next step?

That does not produce fancy pitches, but it does produce solutions you can actually use in practice.

Pim from FreshConnected

Hi, I'm Pim.

You can come to me with your first question, the project itself, and everything after launch.

How FreshConnected came to be

The foundation of FreshConnected goes back to 2017. It started as JixawStudio, from within and alongside the family company Jixaw. At that stage, the focus was mainly on websites, design, and digital support.

Over time, client needs evolved. It became less about being online in general and more about processes, integrations, automations, and software that needed to match the way an organisation actually works.

In 2024, that development led to the name FreshConnected. Not as a completely new beginning, but as the next step that better reflects what we do today: helping organisations build a stronger online foundation and a smarter digital way of working.

Today

One point of contact for websites, integrations, automations, and software that truly fits

How we work

We keep it simple. No unnecessary jargon, no endless email threads, no surprises at the end of a project.

You have one point of contact, from the first conversation through go-live and beyond. We are direct, honest, and communicate clearly about what we do, why, and when. If something is not feasible or not the best choice, we say so.

Small team, strong collaboration

FreshConnected is deliberately kept lean. Pim is your fixed point of contact and leads the project from intake through delivery and follow-up.

When needed, we work with a trusted group of regular specialists and partner companies, for example in design, development, marketing, or additional technical expertise.

For you, it stays clear: communication, responsibility, and coordination remain in one place, while the right expertise is brought in whenever the project needs it.

Who we work with

We work with service-oriented SMBs looking for a practical digital partner. These are often businesses and teams that:

  • receive enquiries through their website, email, phone or WhatsApp, but lack a clear overview of follow-up
  • do not come across clearly enough online about what they do and for whom
  • want a more professional online presence without jumping straight into a heavy custom project
  • spend too much manual effort on their quoting or enquiry process
  • use separate tools that do not connect well with each other
  • want to start with a solid website foundation and grow later into automations or custom software

It does not matter whether you are just starting out or have been at it for years. What counts is that there is a shared direction: you know where you want to go, we make sure the technology gets out of the way. The partnerships that work best go beyond a single project. Not by design, but because the most value comes once we understand how your organisation actually works β€” your processes, your bottlenecks, your ambitions. Clients who come back after the first project do not need to explain everything again. We simply build on what is already there.
