FreshConnected Studio

FreshConnected Studio is a website or webshop subscription. You pay a one-time setup fee and then a fixed monthly amount.

We build your website or webshop using smart templates, components and a manageable CMS. After that we take care of basic hosting, SSL, light technical maintenance and limited support around the technical workings.

You can manage the content yourself through the CMS.

For a compact Studio website we can go live within 5 to 7 business days once all required input is complete. Think of copy, images, decisions, feedback and any required access.

For larger websites, webshops, additional forms, integrations or extra requirements, we agree on the planning together in advance.

Studio is invoiced annually upfront by default. Monthly invoicing is only possible by arrangement and with an explicit agreement.

The monthly price remains leading in our communication, but the standard invoicing model is annual upfront billing. That also remains the default after the minimum term.

The standard minimum term is 36 months.

This term makes it possible to keep setup costs low and spread the development, setup, hosting, licence, maintenance and support over a longer period.

After the first 36 months the subscription continues automatically. From that point the subscription is cancellable monthly with a notice period of one full calendar month, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Annual upfront invoicing remains the default. If you cancel after the minimum term while a prepaid period is still running, the unused part is credited pro rata.

Not within the first 36 months. FreshConnected Studio is based on a minimum term of 36 months.

Would you prefer a shorter term? We can look into that upfront. In that case a modified setup fee, monthly price or project fee usually applies.

Yes, basic hosting and SSL are included with Studio. You do not need a separate standard hosting plan.

Extra capacity, specific hosting requirements, performance optimisation, extended security or migrations fall outside the standard Studio packages and can be offered separately.

Yes, light technical maintenance is included. Think of regular technical updates, basic checks and limited corrections needed for the normal technical functioning of the website or webshop.

Larger changes, new functionality, emergency support, content work, performance optimisation, recovery from client changes or issues caused by external systems fall outside the subscription.

Yes, technical backups are made within Studio as part of the managed service. Backups are intended for technical recovery in case of incidents within the managed environment.

Restoring a backup is not intended as a substitute for careful content management by the client. Recovery work caused by client errors, external systems or manual changes may fall outside the subscription.

Yes, all Studio plans include one primary domain name and one mailbox for the duration of the subscription.

Additional domain names, premium domains, alternative extensions, extra mailboxes, extra storage, email migrations and specific mail configurations fall outside the standard package and can be offered separately.

Not included as standard are among others:

• extra pages beyond the plan limit;
• custom work outside the standard Studio setup;
• complex integrations with external systems;
• custom software or client portals;
• product entry or large product imports for webshops;
• legal texts such as terms and conditions, privacy policy or return policy;
• professional photography;
• extensive SEO, campaigns or conversion optimisation;
• migration of existing websites or webshops, unless agreed upon.

Many of these items can be offered as an add-on or additional project.

Yes. You can expand your Studio website or Studio webshop with separate add-ons, such as extra pages, additional forms, a simple integration, extra mailbox, SEO extension, content support or a booking module.

More complex automations, integrations, client portals or custom software fall outside Studio. For those we look together at a suitable additional project.

Your own content and data remain yours. Think of texts, images, logos, product data, customer data and order data, insofar as these were provided by or on behalf of you.

The technical foundation of Studio, such as templates, components, source code, CMS setup, configurations and reusable parts, remains part of FreshConnected Studio. Transfer thereof is not included as standard and is only possible if we make separate written arrangements about it.

Studio is a subscription service with a low entry price, fixed monthly fee, standardised setup, basic hosting, technical maintenance and clear package limits.

A regular project is a standalone engagement with a higher upfront investment, more freedom in scope, design, technology, integrations and custom work. Hosting, care, maintenance and further development are arranged separately.

That is possible, but it does not happen automatically. A regular project is always a separate engagement with its own request, analysis and proposal.

Previously paid Studio costs may be taken into account in the assessment, but there is no fixed offset rule.

No. Studio has its own setup and works as a subscription service based on templates, components and standard structures.

If you already know that you will need extensive custom work, complex integrations, a client portal, extensive automations or specific software, then a regular project is probably the better choice from the start.

With a Studio webshop, as a client you are responsible for product information, prices, stock, product images, product texts, VAT settings, shipping costs, return policy, terms and conditions, privacy statement, cookie policy and payment provider settings.

We take care of the technical setup within the agreed scope. Legal, fiscal and commercial accuracy remains your responsibility, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
