Collaboration
- What exactly does FreshConnected do?
- FreshConnected helps businesses and organisations work smarter with practical digital solutions. That sometimes starts with a website, but equally with a system integration, an automation, or custom software. We understand what you need and know how to make it work technically.
- Which businesses do you work with?
- We work with entrepreneurs, SMBs, foundations, associations, and startups looking for a practical digital partner. It does not matter whether you are just starting out or have been running for years. As long as there is common ground, we will find a way forward together.
- What does a collaboration look like?
- We always start with a conversation: what do you need, what fits your business, and what is the most sensible step right now? No standard package, but an approach that suits your situation.
- Do you work alone or with a team?
- You have one fixed point of contact in Pim. Depending on the project, we also work with a trusted group of specialists and partner companies, for example in design, development, or marketing. Responsibility and coordination stay central in one place throughout the project.
- How did FreshConnected start?
- FreshConnected builds on work that started in 2017 under the name JixawStudio. In 2024, the name FreshConnected was introduced to better reflect the broader scope of the work today: not only websites, but also processes, automations, integrations, and custom software.
Costs
- What does it cost?
- That depends on the project and service. We offer both fixed packages and custom solutions, and are always transparent about costs. A no-obligation conversation or free FreshScan will quickly give you clarity.
Studio
- How quickly can my website go live?
- For a compact Studio website we can go live within 5 to 7 business days once all required input is complete. Think of copy, images, decisions, feedback and any required access. For larger websites, webshops, additional forms, integrations or extra requirements, we agree on the planning together in advance.
- How is Studio invoiced?
- Studio is invoiced annually upfront by default. Monthly invoicing is only possible by arrangement and with an explicit agreement. The monthly price remains leading in our communication, but the standard invoicing model is annual upfront billing.
- Is hosting included with a Studio subscription?
- Yes, basic hosting and SSL are included with Studio. You do not need a separate standard hosting plan. Extra capacity, specific hosting requirements, performance optimisation, extended security or migrations fall outside the standard Studio packages and can be offered separately.
- What is the difference between Studio and a regular project?
- Studio is a subscription service with a low entry price, fixed monthly fee, standardised setup, basic hosting, technical maintenance and clear package limits. A regular project is a standalone engagement with a higher upfront investment, more freedom in scope, design, technology, integrations and custom work. Hosting, care, maintenance and further development are arranged separately.
Custom
- Can I start with just one service?
- Absolutely. We work modularly: you start where it makes the most sense right now and build on from there when you are ready. There is no obligation to take on the full package straight away.
