We build connections between your existing tools so information flows automatically. No new platform, no custom software, just your current systems working smarter together. For automations we use n8n, direct API connections and custom scripts. n8n hosting is not included in the one-time build price and is charged separately as a monthly hosting fee.

- Which tools and systems can you connect?
- We work with n8n, direct API connections and custom scripts. Commonly connected systems include ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack, email platforms, CRM systems, accounting software and website forms. If your system has an API, integration is almost always possible. Note: n8n hosting is charged separately as a monthly fee on top of the one-time build cost.
- Do I need technical knowledge to use the connections?
- No. We build the automation so you can simply use it without needing to understand how it works behind the scenes. We do explain what happens so you are not dependent on us for daily use.
- What does an automation cost?
- The price depends on the complexity and number of steps. A simple connection between two systems starts around €300 to €500 as a one-time cost. More complex projects with multiple systems, conditions and error handling are quoted on request. A FreshScan helps us map out your situation and give you an honest estimate.
